Hi I am seeking some advice regarding income tax on a Public Service pension. My situation is that I am currently woking in the Public Sector for 38 years and I intend to retire within the next 6 months.
I am thinking of moving abroad permanantly to Germany. My pension will be approximately €35,000 per annum gross. My question is do I have to pay Irish Tax , Prsi and USC if I am permantly resident in Germany, or do I pay it there.
Also I have one rental income house in Ireland which I currently pay tax on, will I still be liable for tax on that income in Germany.
Any advice would be appreciated.
