Tax exempt, am I making the most of it?

In today's Indo it is reported that some Trinity think tank has called for the pensions relief for higher earners to be abolished altogether.

I think it's more likely that pension relief for 20% payers will be increased, but I suppose the opposite is also possible. This does not affect the Mallows at this stage.
