Hi all. What tax credits and cut off points are available to a person who is drawing an ARF from the age 61 but also continues working in self employment.
Say , annual mandatory ARF distribution of €65000 and gross self employment income of €55000. total €120000
Is it possible to assign most of of the self employed income income to one's spouse if he/ she help's out in the business ? ARF holder is currently a sole trader , but open to ideas of switching to say maybe partnership with spouse or start company , employing same spouse if tax planning advantageous.
All ideas and thoughts much apppreciated.
