@Sarenco is perfectly right that there will be no announcement of a policy change until Budget day.
I wouldn't be surprised if this was kicked to touch though - there is likely to be an election after Budget day but before year end and I wouldn't be surprised if there was a temporary minister for the Budget too. Going into an election having just cut taxes on wealthy people might not be a look the government parties want.
Otherwise this kind of tax-related review is usually kept pretty close and they don't leak to the media. There might be clues in Tax Strategy Group papers which are usually published in August.
