My partner and i are splitting up not married three year old child whats the procedure for taking his name of the house he does not contribute to the mortgage

You will firstly need to get the lenders approval to remove him, your own income will need to be sufficient to meet their present lending criteria. If that if ok then your solicitor will go ahead and get the paperwork in order
