I'd query what are "Outlays" €175 & what are "Office Outlays €150". Puch for the €175 to be taken out to reduce to €1,336.Can I ask does the below seem reasonable for a switch. I was expecting it to be a bit cheaper considering its the same solicitor we used for the original mortgage 2 years ago. Its based in Dublin if that makes any difference.
