Switching advice needed re. Solicitors fees

I am switching and the solicitor is charging me
professional fee : 500
vat : 115
outlays :
fee for taking up documents : 35
land reg : 175
search fees :123
folio / file map : 5
vacant fee to lender : 35

total : 988


solicitor is lasey & associates...d15
 
Can I ask does the below seem reasonable for a switch. I was expecting it to be a bit cheaper considering its the same solicitor we used for the original mortgage 2 years ago. Its based in Dublin if that makes any difference.

Fee for copy folio and filed plan
Law Search fees to Dublin Law Searchers Limited
Commissioner fees
Same day electronic Transfer fees

I'd query what are "Outlays" €175 & what are "Office Outlays €150". Puch for the €175 to be taken out to reduce to €1,336.
 
No meself I didn’t go with them as I couldn’t find a way to contact them by email and my own solicitor was able to do every thing via email and post saving me taking time off work. Probably not in the best spirit of saving money but I was time poor
 
Just switching the mortgage. Contacted the solicitor we used when buying. Quote was 1347.50

Checked another one 2 streets away, 950 all in. Went with them, exchanged few emails, all fine. Meeting solicitor on Thursday.
