SW credits and entitlements?

Posting this query on behalf of friend who has worked fulltime for 15+ years up until 2007, she received jsb for 15 mths up until late 2008 then has been signing for credits ever since (not entitled to jsa), has been unsuccessful in finding employment in the last 2 years, is she entitled to anything given that she has signed for credits?

Not at the moment. She would need to work for 13 weeks to requalify for benefits. It is at that stage that the credits she signed for would come into play.
