Surveyor & Valuer in Dublin 15

Anyone able to recommend a building surveyor/ valuer who operates in dublin 15. I am taking out a LTV Mortgage with NIB, and they require me to source my own valuer, plus I need a building surveyor as well- is it possible to get one person who does both?

Thornton's in Coolmine Ind. Park are Chartered Building Surveyors, they mioght be able to handle a valuation as well.

I used Flynn auctioneers - found them good, and selling alot in the area so hope they know what they are talking about..

I could be mistaken but I don't think Flynns do surveys - just valuations.
