Hi all,

How much would I expect to spend on a Structural Survey for a 3-bed Semi, 10 Years old. Apparent good condition in Meath.

Any recommendations?

I've used Patrick Gillooly of Kennedy & Associates 01 6767299 to survey my own house in Meath and found him very good. I've recommended him to clients also and have heard good reports. He used to charge €500 but that was a while ago.

No connection with him other than a satisfied customer.
