Just wondering if anyone has any experience of what the 'LandXcape' gardening stuff from Argos is like? I'm looking at the brushcutter in particular.
Is it reliable or will it pack up and die after the first hour of use?

Any info would be helpful.
Thanks.

Don't know anything about the argos ones, but I bought one in B&Q - a Ryobi - and it was crap! After about 12 months the inside of the shaft had melted and the thing was useless.

try to get a straight shaft one as then can use solid blade at end, also dont need flexible linkage drive so most robust I'd say.

Get a 2 stroke, and up the cc's if going to be using a lot. Recently got a 33 cc korean one, happy with it though seems to be hard to get a good seal on the fuel tank so a bit of a drip at times, but minor complaint.

Also a middling strimmer is more likely to be fixable and worth fixing
