Stressed out please help!

Ulster bank will give interest free loan to students (at least they did last year) up to 650 euro. Don't expect to be paid back until degree is over. Small amount but would cover a lap top if not too high spec.
 
Spotted that Tesco are selling laptops for 500/600 euro. When you buy you get half back in Tesco club card points..
