Speed Bumps near RTE

you would have noticed that there is a hospital with A&E down the road - imposing large bumps on ambulance patients doesn't do them much good.

then why were speed bumps put there in the first place?? Surely the council must have done an 'environmental study' or 'impact analysis' BEFORE the speed bumps were put in?? The hospital has been around alot longer than the speed bumps.

where are the speed ramsp in firhouse, we asked for them years ago but were told that there was no money for them!
