Thinking of buying 3- bed semi detached property on extensive corner site. I then want to split the site into 2 seperate folio's to gain planning for another property. I will have paid the stamp duty due on the initial purchase of the property, will there be any further stamp duty due on splitting the site and transferring it into my name? a number of properties have done this in the area. this is for investment purposes.
