Anyone buy an apartment in Southmeade or know anything about them? They seem to be coming along at a good pace not the most attractive looking apartments i've seen around good spec inside though?
I live in the area and I pass by them frequently. They do seem a bit ugly/industrial from the outside, particularly by comparison to the other new apartments across the road. They have a great location, walking distance to the Luas, the new Dundrum centre and even to Marley park at a stretch.
