We have contacted several solicitors and are in the process of deciding on which one we all agree on. Was very happy with my conversation with stephensonsolicitors I have to say.
Initial opinions from several is that we may have a chance to remedy, but that's only a guess at this stage. Extremely difficult to prove as you can imagine
