Solicitor recommendation Drogheda please

Hi All,

I was hoping someone could recommend a good solicitor in Drogheda with a good knowledge of the following processes:

- Splitting existing house plot deeds into two sets of separate deeds
- Plot Gift from Parent to child and implications, CGT etc (if any)
- New house build on new plot- stamp duty/tax liability

Also, can anyone give me a rough estimate of the costs we should expect a solicitor to charge for this type of job?
