Solicitor Fee for sale to partner

Hi

I read here that if one was to sell their share of an apt to an ex-partner, who is currently joint on the mortgage, the fee for the seller shouldn't be too much as the solicitor is only needed for advice and to witness any signing of documents.

I have been given a quote of €550 plus vat plus outlay:

Does this seem a good deal and how much would you expect the outlay to be?

Many thanks, I am trying to keep fees to an absolute mininum as it seems all I need them to do is arrange for me to take me off the loan, all other amounts are agreed between myself and my ex.
 
Why don't you just do it yourself and then you won't have any fees?
