I plan to cancel it shortly. Only got it to get over the first month or two and ensure there were no problems with the TV.

It's why I stick to Richer Sounds.

I dunno, dangerous place that. I remember walking into the shop they used to have on the quays intending to buy a small stereo and coming away with a full 5.1 separates system ... Almost two decades later and it's all still working perfectly though But yeah they knew their stuff, just a shame they've no presence here anymore.

But you are well covered in the first month or two by both the manufacturers warranty and your statute rights.
Its when the manufacturers warranty runs out that it 'may' be useful.
