Small tractor operation (Massey 165), any tips?/a few basic q's

my starting problems seem to have been a problem with the spring on the stopper (the pull to stop yoke - we used to erroneously refer to it as the choke).

Seems if the tractor isnt used much (which it isnt) then you can get a small bit of rust that stops the spring returning when you push in the stopper. The "cure" is to give a few belts with a spanner etc. on the round "lid" behing the injectors (the little barrell looking thing on the left hand side of the engine which the stopper and the throttle are connected to.

So far so good. Looking forward to stretching the legs with some field work but must pick up a 2nd hand topper if possible. Any offers, rough prices? I think its €1,600 for new so maybe €1,000 for 2nd hand.
