Slovakia Property

Does anyone have any experience of the Slovakian property market.

I am particularly interested in Bratislava as it is almost a suburb of Vienna in Austria but much cheaper?

My only comment is that I know a Major Irish Property developer that is building a large shopping complex in Bratislava. They are a very progressive and growing company so I'd be surprised if he was building somewhere where he didn't expect a very large return!

Slovakian reforms have been the swiftest in the region in terms of progressiveness.
