Yes taxed in south , no interest relief on property

In the south we allow tax relief on interest?
Is it because the loan is in north you don't qualify?
I guess with only 30k remaining it's not a big deal.

Is the loan being repaid?
In 10 years you will be mortgage free?

The risk of capital depreciation for a share yielding 10% and an apartment yielding 10% are different.

The long-term risk of a diversified portfolio of shares and an apartment are indeed different. The shares would be less risky.
