I'm unfortunate toi have contracted a well known window company to replace some of my front windows (2 bay windows).

I opted for wood to match the existing windows

The job was delayed, they arrived without warning to do the job, and there are several problems, windows too short, poor glazing panels etc and the job is still not finished

I'm getting no staisfaction just promises.

I'm thinking of going directly to the Director responsible for the company
- subsidiary of the Heiton Group.

Is this the best option?

I'm having difficulty finding out who the guy's direct boss is.

Any suggestions welcome.

This previous thread especially the aspect of holding off on payment is definitely a must.

A quick e-mail to the Director mentioned might be a speedy option. Have you tried something as simple as phoning the Head Office and asking for the name - this can be done anonymously if you are worried about him being forewarned.

Hope things work out for you as bay windows I understand are notorious for leaking if not completed properly so make sure you wait for a heavy downpour before approval is given.
