Hi,
My friend sold a record (Lp) to someone in Europe and sent it by registered post to them as they had paid him in advance, anyway they buyer contacted my friend today to see the record was cracked at the side, (even though she did pack it well).
Who is responsible there?
Is it the post office, or does my friend pay the money back to the person?
What do you think?
