Have a property on the market - had two sale agreeds, both fell through. Its a unique proposition - midlands region, architect designed and is asking circa €700k. Interest has been from those who are considering moving to the general region, in particular people moving from the UK to Ireland as opposed to local buyers trading up. Anybody know how we can create exposure in the UK market without moving EA (DNG)
Also, I am baffled that buyers in the commuter belt are not considering the value for money to be achieved in the country (never mind the Quality of life issue). The road networks are so good now, people can work from home.........
