Self - Direct Trusts and syndicated property deals

Hi,
I am a Company Director and have up to now invested in a PRSA. Can anybody recommend somebody to talk to in relation to self direct trusts.

I am also interested in putting together a syndicate to buy some land from my in-laws out near Dublin airport. Who could I talk to in this regard and also would it be possible to put monies from a self direct trust into this syndicated scheme.

Any help appreciated.
 
One of the Revenue requirements in relation to the investment of self directed schemes is that all investments must be arms-length. based on your post I very much doubt that your suggestion re buying land from in-laws would pass revenue.
