Sale of house in Northern Ireland

Hi

I am part owner of a house in Northern Ireland.

The house is being sold for 150,000 sterling.

What are my tax liabilities? I am resident in Ireland and owned the house since 2007. There has been no income on the house since I owned it

It would help if you stated whether or not you will make a capital gain on the sale.

If so, CGT may apply in either/both UK and Ireland.
