RTB portal down?

Anyone else having problems getting on to rtb site today? I've tried at several intervals through out the day & getting a 404

Yes, seems its down a long time .....cant pay for a registration

Rtb have confirmed its down - IT are working on it, but they've no idea when it will be fixed.
