Where did I give you hassle about it? If my inference is incorrect then by all means say so but don't expect me or anybody else to make such inferences when the may be reasonable supported by comments that are made.
You seem to be taking specifically about "vexatious/scurrilous/frivolous" accusations and "suspension" from duty. I was talking about reassignment. Maybe we are actually having two separate conversations here after all?
Not necessarily. Meaningful reassignment will be impossible in many situations. I used schools as an example. In these situations it will be tantamount to suspension.
