Roofing costs - Co. Limerick

Hello all,

Can anyone provide me with a ballpark figure for removing a roof and fitting a new one, trusses, beams, slates etc in Co. Limerick. The roof area is 75 square metres and its a straight roof with gables at each end.
I have searched around on this site and Google but can't seem to find a figure for the whole thing.
Any help greatly appreciated as we are looking to buy a place and move from the UK and we have found a place we like but it may need a new roof and the cost of re-roofing it could swing our desicion to buy or not if it's too expensive.
