Hello. I am named executor of my mother's will, which is held I think by her solicitor. She is still with us, thank goodness, but she has become very uncooperative on everything to do with her money. I want to see the will now so that I can plan ahead. As executor do I have the right to see a copy? Could I apply to the solicitor for a copy or sight of a copy, for example? Thank you.

Absolutely none - a will speaks from death, so it can be changed any time up to her death. You have no input until then.
