Repressurizing central heating system?

How do you repressurize your central heating system? I had to bleed a radiator and the pressure dropped. Its about 1.1 bar with the system on and will no doubt drop when system is cold. I think this is the filling loop.

Open the valve on the bottom right of picture and bleed all the rads.. Shut off valve again after..
 
As suggested above, but, only pressure to 1 - 1.5 bar when system is COLD, make sure the boiler/pump are off when bleeding any rads.

Excessive bleeding of rads means underlying ch problems, namely corrosion and would need to be addressed
