Rent a room, PRSI now payable.

I rent out two rooms in my PPR. I am aware that from today I am liable to pay PRSI on that income.
Do I pay it on the entire amount of rent received or can I deduct any expenses. Also what rate do I pay it at?
Any guidance on this would be great or a link to info on revenue site as have been unable to locate any.

I am in a similar situation myself. Does anyone know if this is correct that PRSI is now due on this income?
