Refused letter of tax residence as they have no record of my paying taxes. What do?

This is a really boring thread that should have been closed a long time ago IMHO. All of the OPs orginal questions have been answered 20 fold.

I'm throwing in the towel on this as well but just in case anyone is still confused as to why they are seeing slightly different options in Revenues myaccount; it's because PAYE services is for the active tax year 2023 and review your taxes section is for prior tax years. There are more options for prior tax years because you are filing tax returns for those years. For PAYE services you can declare a limited amount of non PAYE income and claim a limited amount of credits/reliefs in the active tax year. And again repeating an earlier post; declaring something in PAYE services for the active tax year is not filing a tax return for a prior tax year.
