Redundancy and holiday pay

If im being made redundant after 10 years
will my redundancy include a notice period and any untaken holidays
 
Yes, it should do. Those amounts will be taxed as normal though and not as part of any redundancy package. Note that some companies don't allow you to carry forward holidays so if you haven't taken your full entitlement year to year, they may not pay for the full amount. If you have more than one year's holidays left over, I'd try and negotiate that you get paid for all of them (assuming it's not 200 days!)
