A friend of mine is looking to remortgage her house, they have lived in it for over 8 years and they want to remortgage to do some home improvements.
Can anyone recommend someone in the Kilkenny area?

Also, is there a fee for this? How much? or are there companies that do it for free?

What are the major questions she should ask an advisor?
