We have an ongoing problem with a large developing company of which we now decided to take legal action.. Could somebody please recommend a successful solicitor who specializes in construction law?
Can you share your experiences with taking on a developer? I feel we have a very good case due to the extremely poor build structure in our 2yr old apartment but understand if we were to lose it could cost us €€€€thousands.. An engineer said it will be extremely difficult to fix these problems, mainly sound insulation. I think its a disgrace when you pay over €500k for a home and builders try to fob you off with "the homes are built according to regs" malarky.. It can be extremely stressful!!!
