I've started back training, and after training sessions,I get really bad headaches, I was just wondering has anyone come up against this, and if so what worked best for them to stop the headaches

Just your back? - do you have a weak back or other medical complaint?
Maybe consider doing an all round workout. Just working your back, you might be overworking certain muscle groups.
