RBS G Complaints Process

In the ROI there were two distinct groups of GRG Customers. Those that were first informed about the complaints process two months after their UK counterparts and those who were first informed in August 2018.

in the UK the complaints process was opened to UK customers in November 2016 alongside the Automatic Refund of Complex Fees.
my questions are as follows:-

1) In January 2017 were the ROI customers informed about the complaints process alongside the Automatic Refund of Complex Fees like their UK counterparts?

2) In relation to the second group who were first notified of the complaints process in August 2018 was this information provided to them alongside the Automatic Refund of Complex Fees like their UK counterparts?

Can you explain how this second group who were written to in August 2018 came about?

How does this relate to tracker Mortgages and what does rbsg and grg stand for.

The post makes little sense for a tracker thread.
