Raisin: no emails regarding upcoming maturity date?

I have some funds invested with Raisin\BFF, usually on a 3-month fixed rate

In the past, I have received emails from Raisin about 8 weeks in advance of the maturity date, to advise about my options (withdraw or rollover).

One of my accounts matures today, but I received no emails in respect of this account until today, which advised that the funds have been moved "as requested" from BFF to my Raisin account. I made no requests.

Anyone else experienced this?

I'll put a reminder in my calendar for future maturity dates, in case Raisin don't contact me in time.

Is it possible that you selected an option box (when opening the BFF account) which advised Raisin that you wished for the funds to be withdrawn after?

I opened the BFF account over a year ago and have rolled over funds several times, so I don't think I ticked\unticked anything since August (the last rollover).

Yes the same happened me, I think BFF bank are now no longer on the raisin platform so that probably explains it. They are probably just letting their deposit contracts run down and not offer a renewal
