I am an Irish passport holder who has lived and worked in UK all my working life. I am considering an investment property and looking at Ireland - where would I be tax domicile and would I be able to pay Sri pension contributions in Ireland and qualify for a state pension at 66 (would be 15 years contributions)
- Irish rental market attractive atm!
Any advice would be appreciated

Are you planning to move here? Work here?

Or buy a property here but continue to live and work in the UK?

As a non resident your PRSI on rental income will be at Class K and will not entitle you to an Irish state pension contributory.
