This is the new code for tables
which gives you:Code:table="head"]head col1|head col2|head col3 row1 col1|row1 col2|row1 col3 row2 col1|row2 col2|row2 col3[/table]
head col1|head col2|head col3
row1 col1|row1 col2|row1 col3
row2 col1|row2 col2|row2 col3
Note: You need an opening and closing square bracket around the 'table="head"' piece so vBulletin picks it up and formats correctly.

Its in the yoke...... it also has more calories thats why lots of people just have egg white omlettes
...Eh partly right. Protein is in both parts of an egg.
A medium to large egg contains about 6 grams of protein, about 2.5 grams of this are in the yolk and 3.5 grams are in the white.
The egg white is sometimes known generically as albumin, a protein which exists in most mammals in some form or other. For example, humans have albumin protein circulating in the blood plasma.
You certainly seem like an 'eggxpert' on the subject......brutal I know![]()
So there is acutally more protien in the white?
Is the protien in the yoke a different kind?
Just wondering if anyone knows if you can buy cartons of egg whites? I think I might have seen them in a supermarket up North but not sure. I would like to try an egg white omelette but don't want to waste the yokes.
