Hi All I am currently in the process of closing on a property however the vendor is only furnishing a copy of the lease as opposed to the original which isn’t ideal.
I’m just wondering if this is normal or a BIG issue? My solicitor is highlighting as something which future buyers may question but as I understand I can take up a copy of the instrument from the Land Registry which should suffice?
Any views?
