Problem with internet order with Credit card

I ordered a TV card from a well known online supplier last month, cost €105. I receive the package 1 week later and open it to find it was not what I had expected.

What they had sent me was a European version of the card that I wanted and it wouldn't work with Irish tv signals. I wrote to them immediately via email and I received a short reply 2 days later saying they will look into it. No reply was forthcoming.

Despite a few reminder emails there is no response. They won't accept a return without authourisation.

At this stage can I start chargeback against them?
