Priors gate - Builders letter stating Properties are Ready

I got a letter form the developers asking me to compile a snag list

the valuations to a) compile clawback and b) allow me to finalise mortgage still are not in

rather than outline the furious anger I have at the incompotence at how the valuation is being mismanaged by all agencies involved, how are other people assigned apartments in this complex progressing with things?

both the builder and property path are advising me to do the snag list anyways, regardless of waiting on being able to finalise my mortgage etc

It seems like we are all in the same boat. Everything except the valuations has progressed fine for us.

got a valuation phone call today - they finally have them - so its all looking good
