Presents of 3 Ryanair vouchers but they are invalid

We gòt presents of 3 ryanair vouchers but they are invalid rang ryanair and chat on portal but they won't help my daughter works partime and is collage student that paid 175 euro to ryanair for vouchers that don't work and no member of staff at ryanair can fix so be very careful buying vouchers from them

Never had an issue redeeming gift vouchers with them.
