Possible to start new illness benefit

I am presently on illness benefit and it will finish shortly after 2 years, I can then go on jobseekers benefit for another 9 months, my doctor is unsure whether due to my health I will be able to gain employment, the question is this can I during jobseekers benefit start a new illness benefit claim if this is the case?

When you finish your Illness Benefit claim you can requalify for Illness Benefit by paying an extra 13 PRSI contributions

You won't meet this condition if you go onto Jobseekers and then apply for Illness Benefit again.
