Anyone have experience of this area? Haven't spent much time there but for work regions I might end up there for a while and am considering buying. I've heard bad things about traffic but apparently there's a nice beach.

Traffic can be hectic when the weather is nice.

Lovely location with very good bus and train service. 25 mins by train into Dublin. Lots of amenities on your doorstep. Traffic no worse than other areas during hot sunny days. Very good schools in the area. Close to Malahide too with all its amenities. House prices are expensive.

I've family living there. Gorgeous area. Beach is lovely, but can get overcrowded on fine days, lovely walk from there to Malahide.
