hi there i have had 6 911,s my advice would be to steer clear of targas and convertibles due to the amount of water leaks and general noise,my biggest suprise with 911,s is how flimbsy all the electrics are and general roughness which they are to drive .but on a postive note there isnt a face that isnt lookin at you, young kids ,old kids old people ,hot chicks, you may be having the crap rattled out of you but you look cool !!!! the amount of owners will be purely down to the drive but each owner enjoyed them
.
dont think there is a bloke alive who has never dreamt of owning a porsche or a ferrarai at some stage

Thanks all for your opinions (and bacchus for the PM).....If it's a mid life crsis I've been having it since I was 16 ! For me it's about how the car drives and particlarly how amazing they actually look. I don't need a flash car for people to look at me...that happens already...I'm an astrotech droid driving a car for god's sake !!I drove the car on Saturday.....Fantastic alright and I spent the rest of the weekend trying to justify it to myself but between the likely running costs and ramps I've decided that it will have to remain as much of a dream as getting invited up to Halle Berry's hotel room...
Thanks again....
