Phonewatch - alarm - burglary

In any case, their images should have been captured and I and the Guards should have been notified in the moment and not hours later when I woke up. Yes, the insurance will cover the car. Yes, an upgrade is helpful going forward. But I still feel Phonewatch should make up for service not provided as well as the time, inconvenience and upset that comes with what occurred.
So you have a camera which didn't activate either? Does this rely on a separate motion sensor to activate?

Are the intrusion and motion sensors all wireless? Jamming is also what occurred to me.

I need an alarm and they’re supposed to be the best?
Even their own hyped marketing doesn't say they're the best! There are other threads on them here, but PhoneWatch were bought out some years back by Sector alarms, a manufacturer who weren't able to gain a presence for their products here.

Jamming is also what occurred to me.
Yeah, a decent system should be recording regular heartbeat checks to each sensor, with any failure to respond being logged in the engineer's log. The HKC system I installed in my last house 10-15 years ago did that.
