Electronic Stability Programme (ESP) if I'm not mistaken. Senses when one wheel loses traction and backs off on it whilst simultaneously redistributing the power to the other wheels thus reducing the amount of 'wobble'.
It's a fantastic system on snow or ice (or in the wet for that matter). If you switch it off the difference is very marked!
